Broadband ADSL/ADSL2+
Infinite Networks prides itself at being a business based Internet Service Provider. We are able to supply your basic ADSL/ADSL2+ service but as your needs change we are able to consult on other data and Internet requirements. We manage our network and terminate our ADSL connections on our own network so we can manage your connection and troubleshoot problems with a high level of expertise.
All traffic internal of our network is not charged so if you run a VPN between multiple sites the traffic does not count towards your downloads. We support Quality of Service (QoS) across our whole network and provide custom solutions to suit your business requirements. If requested we can bond connections together to provide higher speeds.

How long does it take?
Once your application has been processed by us, provisioning of a new ADSL1/ADSL2+ service takes generally between 3-5 working days. Naked ADSL2+ takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks and requires a technician to visit onsite during business hours. Occasionally it can take longer in rural areas, which will require your physical phone line to be upgraded.
When will I be charged?
Your first invoice will be issued when we receive a service activation date. The invoice will be issued to a nominated email account and must be paid in full before your account can be activated. We currently accept direct deposit and all major credit cards (payable online via our secure interface).
What is 'shaped' data?
Shaping data is our way of limiting subscribers who go over their monthly download limit. Unlike other ISPs, who frequently charge hidden costs, we simply reduce the speed at which you can access the Internet. We feel this approach works best for customers, as there are no hidden costs, and you are still able to access vital services (i.e. email or online banking).
