Infinite networks like to be known as a business solution provider. We are able to give you your standard ADSL service, but as your needs change we are able to consult on other data or Internet requirements. We provide a range of services such as hosting, co-location, web development and private network solutions.
We have a variety of speeds to choose from and even support a 512/512 service. Infinite Networks are able to provide a more customised approach when looking at your data requirements. If requested we can combine connections together to provide higher speeds.

How Long Does It Take?
Once your application has been processed, provisioning of a new ADSL service takes generally between 3-5 working days. Occassionaly it can take longer in rural areas, which will require your physical phone line to be upgraded.
How Much Will My First Bill Be?
Your first bill will contain the charges for your setup fee, first month of broadband ADSL access, and hardware fees if you ordered any line filters or modems/routers from us. As an example the first bill for a Small Business 256 lite plan with no additional hardware will be $121.00 signup fee and $49.95 first month access fee.
When Will I Be Charged?
Your first invoice will be issued when we receive a service activation date. The invoice will be issued to a nominated email account and must be paid in full before your account can be activated. We currently accept direct deposit and all major credit cards (payable online via our secure interface).
What is 'shaped' data?
Shaping data is our way of limiting subscribers who go over their download limit. Unlike other ISPs, who frequently charge hidden costs, we simply reduce the speed at which you can access the Internet. We feel this approach works best for customers, as there are no hidden costs, and you are still able to access vital services (i.e. email or online banking).
