What’s included?

This end-to-end service may include the following activities (but may not be restricted to);

  • Organising and managing the installation using an nbn technician.

  • Orchestrating and managing a licensed cabler (where required) to attend on-site and patch the new connection through to the appropriate socket where you would like the connection to be terminated

  • Supplying, installing and testing of an nbn compliant wireless Modem/Router.

NBN Installation – Once Off $1100.00 Inc GST.

How long does it take to make changes at the datacentre?2022-07-14T11:24:35+10:00

Software changes can be done fairly quickly. Usually within 48 hours. Hardware changes can often take several weeks to organise. This is due to precautionary checks being done to insure the changes won’t affect other clients.

Can we get training on how to maintain our new hardware?2022-07-14T11:31:28+10:00

Training is possible with an hourly charge but not recommended. This will affect your SLAs and can cause security loopholes if upgrades are missed or done sporadically.

Can hardware installation instruction sheets be provided to on site staff to reduce down time2022-07-14T11:37:13+10:00

Yes we can provide installation factsheets free of charge to allow on site staff to handle installation of new hardware.

No if electrical work is require for an install it is expected that it will be organised, paid for and completed by the client before our technicians arrive to do modem installation.

Rental plans will normally include a one off fee at the start of the plan that covers modem configuration and installation.

No the price of the modem should be listed as a separate item on your quote.
