After 6 weeks of dreadful service from NBN we decided to give Infinite a try. We are impressed! Their technicians needed two visits to sort out our non-straightforward connection but achieved this without fuss or frustration and appointments were easy to schedule with the locally-based team. Our service went from 25MBPS to over 100 which we’re obviously very happy with. Oh and Infinite is also cheaper than NBN. Top marks all round.

Moved from VDSL2 Ultra to Infinite Networks’ G.Fast 1Gbps Business Plan today. The install was as planned, fast and the assistance from Simon over the phone was outstanding in clarifying a few questions about the setup.

Our G.Fast service from Infinite Networks is great, with faster speeds than VDSL2. Simon was very helpful answering queries, setting us up and porting our VOIP services from another provider.
I engaged with Infinite and they helped me out. I went from a ~80Mbps down and 40Mbps up to ~800Mbps down and 110Mbps up while staying on the same Transact VDSL2 link. Technician was fantastic, the speed of getting my setup done was amazing, and the support I received from Sabina was second to none.

I wasn’t on hold, there was no call centre, no AI – this was the way support used to be 25 years ago: someone at the other end who is actually in the company office, knows the system inside and out, gets the right help to you fast, then follows up. Infinite are great! We went from a horrible NBN connection to over 700mbs on g-fast. Great customer service, Sabina was really helpful when we had an issue, highly recommended.
I had some issues where my access had not been provisioned properly by the supplier. Sabina was prompt with their responses and managed to get on to the supplier and get it re-provisioned within a matter of hours.

The phone support and timeless of installation and activation were/are suburb. I only have only 2 comments where I believe improvements could be made;
1) If a Netcomm wifi router was ordered during sign up, an email confirming that delivery has commenced and includes tracking number and courier
2) Would good idea for the install technicians to have the wifi routers with them so can be setup on the day of installation. this would then negate point 1

I ordered NBN from Infinite and it was active the next business day. Couldn’t be happier with the service from Sabina, Luke and the team. Moving from TPG to Infinite was really quick and had no issues with getting connected again. Being able to speak with a real person in Canberra is worth every cent.

We recently signed up to Infinite as we were stuck on 100mbps NBN. We were able to get a 419Mbps sync on their G.Fast network. Sabina was helpful in arranging a static IP, and Tristan was helpful installing the modem outside on the perimeter of the building so we could run it over POE for a faster and more reliable sync speed.
By far the best service from an ISP I have had in my 35 years in the IT industry. Infinite (Simon) responded to my queries regarding G.Fast and potential sync speeds before I even signed up for the service. I’ve moved from a $99.99 100/25 Mbps NBN plan (75 Mbps download) with another ISP, to 500/100 Mbps with Infinite for $79.99 p/m (On the 1 Gbps G.Fast plan). Just recently signed up, the process has been very easy to go through with the team quick to respond. I have been working with Sabina who has been incredibly helpful, even when I ordered a router by mistake, they were quick to issue a refund and inform me how to return the unopened device.

Performance is heavily dependant on line distance, but I’ve managed to go from 100mbps on an NBN FTTN install to around 450mbps, which is a great improvement and well beyond any FTTN speeds. Researching what other people get and most see very significant improvements over a FTTN connection.

Amazing speed connection by Australian standards. Our building couldn’t get NBN, only VDSL2. Now I’m getting 900Mbs on Infinite. Note that incoming port forwarding is not available on the home service if you want to run home servers. Sabina provided prompt technical support to me.

I really appreciated Sabina’s patience as it was a long process waiting to receive authorisation from the previous vendor, and a lot of back and forth. In this day and age, it’s refreshing to speak with support personnel who don’t just follow scripts in a call center. After signing up with Infinite, my previous ISP had issues porting our old VOIP number. Fortunately, I was able to speak with Simon, who diligently worked through the outages and porting problems. Once the porting issues were resolved, Simon assisted me in setting up the VOIP phone until it was successfully connected. Any other ISP would have likely declared my VOIP phone unsupported since it wasn’t one of their devices. If you want a reliable connection, competitive pricing, and “local” support that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend choosing Infinite over iiNet.

Moved from iiNet to Infinite. It’s a fraction more expensive, but you get local, responsive and helpful Canberra-based support (ie, Simon and Sabina!).
Outstanding service, very fast turnaround times for installs. My connection has been very stable and its nice to have an alternative to the rip off NBN. Also a thank you to Luke B from Sales who was very responsive with my queries. It would be nice to have static IP option for the personal plans but I’m sure that will come in the future. There is always the business option for those who need it now. Keep up the great service.

After a hiccup with the contracted installer, the team at Infinite quickly sorted out my connection. The speeds are so much faster than the previous VDSL service and Simon from Infinite even assisted with setting up my new wireless router as well.
I’m using the new G.Fast connection, and it’s super fast, very happy. I also engaged with technical support to fix up my IPv6 and Luke got it working very easily.

I have signed up for infinite networks for their Vision Max Business G+fast service. To inquire, I have contacted Sabina from infinite networks and she was very quick with finding out distance between house and nearest node. She was very prompt with her replies and after signing up within 24 hours she has organised installation. I am getting really good speed. Much faster then what I was getting via NBN service. I would highly recommend and thank sabina for her assistance.
I was with another provider on the TransACT network and unable to get a solution to an ongoing problem with my VDSL port. I spoke to Simon at Infinite networks and they were able to answer every question that I had quickly and concisely, I decided to go with them – it took only 2 days to get my line qualified and connected, very impressed with 400mbits speed.
What an incredible iSP service. 48 hours from ordering service tech visited and to my amazement on connection confirmed 1.1 Gb download and 105 Mb upload. That’s almost 10 times faster than my previous service and the latency was a few milliseconds. The staff including Sabina were quick to respond to questions and this is 21st century internet speeds at a great price. Highly recommended.
