Frequently asked questions
How many SIP channels do we need?
One channel carries one concurrent call. A ten-person office typically runs comfortably on 4 to 6 channels. We will size it with you and you can adjust at any time.
Can you port our existing numbers?
Yes. Existing (02) numbers and inbound 1300 and 1800 services can be ported to Infinite.
Do SIP trunks work with our current PBX?
If it is SIP enabled (including 3CX, Asterisk-based and most modern systems), yes. If you are replacing an older PBX entirely, our hosted phone systems may suit you better.
