They were fantastic to deal with. It was easy to sign up, their technician turned up when I was told that he would and he cleared the fault with my line at the local node within 15 minutes – something that was going to take at least another week with iiNet.
Constant drop outs on NBN + slow speeds was driving me mad.

Signup was easy. Installation, the first guy at my house was a bit useless, i dont think he wanted the job. He left. New guy came back the next day, second guy was awesome. Nothing too hard.
The line speed, ive gone from 45/18 on NBN FTTN, to G.Fast: 618/81.9. I havent had any drop outs, very stable, im a week in. Im annoyed thay i stuck with nbn for so long, and happy these guys are a local company.

No lock in contracts

What is G.fast?
G.fast is an innovation in broadband technology, utilising existing copper lines and nodes closer to your premises to achieve speeds as fast as traditional FTTP (Fibre To The Premises). This enables speeds up to 10 times faster than current available speeds on FTTN (Fibre To The Node).
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Not at this time. We are working with Vision Network to estimate speeds, but cable length, quality and interference significantly affects final sync speeds.
Sync speeds vary by premises due to cable length, cable quality, and interference. If you cannot achieve speeds faster than 250/50Mbps, you will be offered a VDSL2 100/40Mbps service instead. If you opt for a up to 1000/100Mbps service but do not receive the desired speeds, you can choose one of our 250/50Mbps services.
On average, where the connection is available and the order is accepted, installation takes between 2-4 working days.
A representative from Vision Network will attend your installation, connect the provided G.fast Zyxel GM4100 modem, and test the service to the socket for VDSL2 connections.
For all G.fast plans, a Zyxel GM4100 modem is provided upon installation. Only a router is required to share the connection with other devices on your premises.
Any VDSL2 modem or modem/router that supports the 17a Profile is suitable.
We are a Canberra-based ISP delivering broadband tails in Canberra. We have Points of Presence at TransACT House, NextDC C1 in Canberra, and Equinix SY4 in Sydney.
Our customers typically experience 2-6ms pings to the first hop (Infinite Core Network located at TransACT House).
This plan uses Carrier Grade Network Address Translation (CGNAT) and does not include a Static IPv4 address but we do have business plans that deliver this feature. At this stage we do not offer CG-NAT opt out.
