We can mount any operating system though we mostly recommend Linux based servers for security reasons.

We have multiple levels of data protection available to clients. However for security reasons the specifics are only available on request. This can be done directly by calling our call centre on 1300 790 337 or by raising a ticket with our support team.

Yes, You can also downgrade any additional disk space purchased outside of the plan inclusions.

You can downgrade any additional CPU’s upgraded outside of the Plan inclusions. Downgradding a Server CPU’ will cause approximately 60 minutes of downtime for your server.

Yes, you can downgrade any additional vRAM that was added outside of your Plan inclusions.
