I have been slugging away on NBN FTTN for years. Waiting (in)patiently for nearly 20 years for them to upgrade me to FTTP.

Constant drop outs on NBN + slow speeds was driving me mad.

I stumbled on these guys from a reddit post.

Signup was easy. Installation, the first guy at my house was a bit useless, i dont think he wanted the job. He left. New guy came back the next day, second guy was awesome. Nothing too hard.

The line speed, ive gone from 45/18 on NBN FTTN, to G.Fast: 618/81.9. I havent had any drop outs, very stable, im a week in. Im annoyed thay i stuck with nbn for so long, and happy these guys are a local company.

My internet speed has gone from 90Mbps on NBN to 420Mbps so I’m pretty happy. The couple of teething problems I’ve had have been dealt with very politely, efficiently and effectively by Simon Dimes. I’m very happy I made the change.

We’ve been utilising the services of Infinite Networks for more than 13 years, and once again, during the purchase of a new residential service that will in part be used for business, the team has proven their worth far beyond expectations.

From arranging my NBN service within just two days, to then spending almost a month working through fault‑finding, testing, and persistent follow‑up, their commitment has been nothing short of remarkable. What really stood out was the way Sabina, Luke, and Chris seamlessly supported one another. Each could step in, take over the next stage of testing, and carry the process forward without missing a beat.

When you’re a business customer relying on your home internet connection to keep operations running, things can become stressful very quickly. Yet not once did it feel that way. Ever since I came back to Australia, I’ve been shocked at how poor the internet services have been. After years of switching between terrible providers, I finally came across Infinite Networks.

It’s rare to find the words ‘Customer Service’ and ‘ISP’ in the same sentence, but Infinite is the exception. You actually deal with a ‘real’ person who knows what they are doing, knows how to fix it and will do it for you if it all gets TOO complicated. (Thanks Sabina!).You don’t get THAT anywhere else! Plus no waiting on phones or checking response emails that never arrive. I’ve been with Infinite for over 10 years now, and if you want a Service Provider who will match your expectations, move to Infinite.

Simon was super helpful making sure my connection was activated on the spot when I called. The service is excellent, so is the speed (G-Fast) and you get a fixed IPv4 it seems and IPv6 seems properly supported (which is sadly still way too rare).

Been with Infinite for a while, great connection and had no issues. Contacted them via email to change my plan for a higher bandwidth with some technical stuff that needed to be done, spoke to Chris and the process could not have been easier. Chris responded quickly and gave me all the details I needed, and when he made the changes they were fast and with minimal internet disruption. He even stayed attentive while we were waiting for Vision to complete their side of the changes so I could test and confirm it was all as it needed to be! Very good customer service yet again from Infinite! Still a very happy customer!

Really happy with the service. The support staff are helpful, patient and responsive. The customer portal on their website is better than other ISPs. It is those little things you didn’t realise you were missing until you have them that really make a difference.

Infinite is a local Canberra-based internet service provider that offers phenomenal customer service. We switched from IINET due to frequent dropouts, and Simon from Infinite was instrumental in resolving our issues. We are extremely happy with the service.

I have found that Infinite Network is the best internet provider I have ever encountered. I have tried various providers in the past, but their customer service often fell short.
