We locate your equipment within a secure facility, with backup UPS and generator power, to ensure your content stays online in the event of a general power failure.

The facility also has a VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Agent) fire detection, and is a fully climate and humidity controlled environment, so you can rest assured your data is safe with us.

We are connected to redundant Internet backbone providers so if one provider has difficulty, our network will automatically switch your connection to an alternative providers to ensure maximum uptime.
