Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the ACT and surrounding regions who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Infinite Networks Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The competition opens at 9:00 AM AEST on 23 July 2026 and strictly closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 10 September 2026 (“the Promotion Period”). Late entries will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To be eligible, entrants must like the Infinite Networks Facebook page and/or follow the Infinite Networks Instagram profile (at least one is required). No purchase is necessary.
The competition will run across four (4) fortnightly competition rounds. To enter each round, entrants must like the relevant competition post published in the Canberra Notice Board Facebook group.
Entrants can earn additional entries each round by also liking the matching competition post on the Infinite Networks Facebook page and/or the matching competition post on the Infinite Networks Instagram profile.
A maximum of three (3) entries may be earned in each competition round:
- One (1) entry for liking the competition post in the Canberra Notice Board Facebook group;
- One (1) bonus entry for liking the matching competition post on the Infinite Networks Facebook page; and
- One (1) bonus entry for liking the matching competition post on the Infinite Networks Instagram profile.
A maximum of twelve (12) entries may be earned across the four competition rounds.
5. Prize Details
There is one (1) prize consisting of:
- 12 months of FREE Infinite Networks Connected Home Internet;
- One (1) GigaSpire Wi-Fi 6 router; and
- A SmartLife subscription included for the duration of the prize.
The prize will be supplied on one of the following residential services, subject to availability at the winner’s address:
- Connected Home 1000/100 nbn;
- Connected Home G.fast; or
- Connected Home VDSL2 (highest speed available).
The total prize value is up to approximately $2,000 (AUD) depending on the service provided. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen entirely at random using an automated comment picker on Monday 14 September 2026 at 12:00 PM AEST. The winner will be announced on the Infinite Networks Facebook page and Instagram profile, and will be contacted directly. We will NEVER ask for your credit card or bank details to claim a prize.
7. Unclaimed Prize Redraw
If the winner cannot be contacted or the prize remains unclaimed after fourteen (14) days, a redraw will take place on Monday 28 September 2026 at 12:00 PM AEST using the same random selection method.
8. Privacy and Liability
Infinite Networks Pty Ltd is not responsible for technical issues that prevent your entry. We only collect your public profile data to run this draw, and will handle it in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
