Infinite is a local Canberra-based internet service provider that offers phenomenal customer service. We switched from IINET due to frequent dropouts, and Simon from Infinite was instrumental in resolving our issues. We are extremely happy with the service.
It makes a huge difference to call your ISP and not have to deal with long wait times. Additionally, they follow up to ensure everything is resolved after a technician's visit.
