Ever since I came back to Australia, I've been shocked at how poor the internet services have been. After years of switching between terrible providers, I finally came across Infinite Networks.
I can honestly say that they are not just on par with most overseas providers I've used, but have surpassed all of my expectations.
The incredible service, speeds, support, and technological developments that Infinite Networks provide are above and beyond.
PS: Chris, you're a true champ for spending hours helping me secure a fiber line and helping with the crossover 😊.

Simon was super helpful making sure my connection was activated on the spot when I called. The service is excellent, so is the speed (G-Fast) and you get a fixed IPv4 it seems and IPv6 seems properly supported (which is sadly still way too rare).

Great isp with great customer support. You'll get knowledgeable support staff right away if you call with a query, and the same staff will stay with you for the full duration of the ticket, no need to say the same thing over and over. Thanks Luke for all the help!

Really happy with the service. The support staff are helpful, patient and responsive. The customer portal on their website is better than other ISPs. It is those little things you didn't realise you were missing until you have them that really make a difference.
