It's rare to find the words 'Customer Service' and 'ISP' in the same sentence, but Infinite is the exception. You actually deal with a 'real' person who knows what they are doing, knows how to fix it and will do it for you if it all gets TOO complicated. (Thanks Sabina!).You don't get THAT anywhere else! Plus no waiting on phones or checking response emails that never arrive. I've been with Infinite for over 10 years now, and if you want a Service Provider who will match your expectations, move to Infinite.
